We use Listmonk to manage subscriptions. You receive a double opt-in confirmation message and become an active subscriber only after confirming. Pending and confirmed records are kept while needed to operate the newsletter and demonstrate consent. Server security logs are retained for a limited period.
Processors and your choices
Our hosting and email providers process information on our behalf. We do not sell subscriber addresses. You can request access, correction or deletion of your information by contacting privacy@merixa.digital. Unsubscribing stops marketing to this list; a minimal suppression record may remain to respect that choice.
